Sunday, January 17⋅11:15am – 12:15pm
Beginning teachers are often nervous about their presence in the classroom - do my students understand me? Am I talking too much? Am I giving them what they want? In this lecture we will look at ways to make ourselves better understood by our students, and find ways to reduce Teacher Talk Time so that students get the maximum amount of language practice during a class period. There will be practical activities for your classroom as well as time for your questions!
There is no need to register for ITA lectures. To join simply follow the information listed below when the lecture is scheduled to begin.
I am looking forward to seeing you on Sunday!
